How to backup data and reduction?

Data backup and reduction:
You can find the backup software
on the desk after setup. Click it, and you can
find
then, pls click "backup"and "choose backup place" and "start
backup" will occur on the screen. Choose the storage area(such as D:/
shown as the following image), name your file, click "save " and "begin to backup".
(Notice:pls shut the analysis system when dealing with the backup.)
Choose the file needed to be recovered, find the storage area and the filename
backup, open it and choose the "RECOVERY".
